Your stack, not ours.
Don't see yours? Ask on the call. Most field-service software has an API or an email hook we can work with, and we will tell you straight if yours does not.
What is the unanswered phone costing you right now?
Estimates only. Defaults come from published industry benchmarks; change them to your numbers.
* Assumes we recover 65% of currently missed inquiries, consistent with the 35–55% missed-call reduction reported by home-service companies switching to AI answering and the sub-60-second response benchmarks in property management. Individual results vary. Sources on this page.
What the math says, before we have proven it on your shop.
We are new in this vertical. Here is what we expect and where the numbers come from. We will replace this with client results as we earn them.
Recovered jobs
At 60 inbound calls a week with 40% missed, 24 go unanswered. If 14 of those are bookable and we recover 8 to 10 a week at a $450 average ticket, that is $3,600 to $4,500 a week.
Vendors in this category report large reductions in missed calls after switching from an answering service. We have not found independent research confirming a specific figure, so we do not quote one.4
Recovered evenings
The owner stops being the after-hours dispatcher. No more answering from the dinner table, and no more Monday morning spent reconstructing what came in over the weekend.
Projections use published industry benchmarks and the assumptions stated above. Your numbers will differ. This is not a guarantee of results.

Nothing irreversible happens without you.
Every workflow ships with approval gates. The agent handles the routine, logs the ambiguous, and waits for a human on anything with money, legal weight, or a relationship on the line.

Questions we get on every call
What happens with a real emergency at midnight?
No heat, no water, gas smell, burst pipe, electrical burning: the agent recognises the language, pages your on-call number within seconds with the address, the customer history and a transcript, and stays on the line with the customer until you confirm. Everything else waits for the 6:45am digest. You define the emergency list and we test it before go-live.
Will it quote prices?
Only from your published price book, and only for jobs you have told it to quote. Anything outside that, including discounts and warranty disputes, is captured with full detail and waits for you. It will never invent a number.
Does it book straight into my software?
Yes. Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan and FieldEdge, plus your Google or Microsoft calendar. It checks real availability, respects your service area and your job-type durations, and writes the customer record. Nothing to re-key in the morning.
How is this different from Avoca?
Avoca is excellent and we say so. It is built around ServiceTitan and priced for shops doing $3M or more with a CSR team. If that is you, look at them first. We built for the one-to-three truck shop where the owner is the dispatcher, the estimator and the person who answers the phone at 9pm.
Do customers know it is an AI?
Yes. It introduces itself as your after-hours line and never pretends to be a person. In practice customers care about reaching someone in 22 seconds at 11pm, not about who typed the reply. Where state law requires it, calls carry a recording notice.
What if it books a job I cannot cover?
It only books into real open slots on your calendar, inside your service area, for job types you have approved. Anything it is unsure about becomes a captured lead with a callback, not a booking.
Get on the home services waitlist.
Twenty minutes on the phone. We will map your after-hours flow, tell you what we would automate first, and tell you honestly if Avoca or a $99 answering service is the better buy.
