Projected results
Figures described as "projected" are estimates derived from published industry benchmarks and stated assumptions. They are not guarantees. Actual results depend on your business, your systems and your market and will vary.
Services summary
- Connector Build: fixed scope, 50% on start, 50% on delivery.
- Starter Package: fixed scope, one property or location, 50% on start, 50% at go-live.
- Workflow Package: fixed scope, billed in thirds at scope sign-off, integration complete and go-live. Scope is frozen at sign-off; changes and additional properties are quoted separately.
- Managed Agent: monthly, priced per unit (or per truck or attorney for other industries) with a published minimum and a per-property charge beyond the first two, three-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
30-day go-live guarantee
If a Workflow Package is not live within 30 days for reasons attributable to us, the go-live milestone is waived. The 30-day period begins when the client has provided all required system access and credentials, and is paused during any period in which we are waiting on the client (including approvals, access, or stakeholder availability).
Approval gates
Workflows are configured so that actions designated in the playbook as requiring approval are not executed without the client's confirmation. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the playbook, including the designation of such actions.
Ownership
On payment, the client owns the playbooks and connector documentation produced for them. We retain ownership of our general methods, templates and tooling.
Legal and medical advice
The agent does not provide legal or medical advice, quote fees beyond a client's published schedule, or accept clients or patients on a client's behalf. For law-firm clients, every prospective client is a decision made by the firm.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding twelve months. Full terms are in the statement of work.
